Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We offer free shipping anywhere within the United States for orders $40 and over within the continental USA (excluding Alaska/Hawaii). We use a variety of shipping services, including USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

The number of days it takes for shipping is as follows:

Standard: 3-8 days

Expedited: 1-4 days

2-Day: 2 days

International

For all orders shipping outside of the United States, we charge a flat shipping fee. We use USPS International Mail and DHL Express, which typically delivers a package within 3-14 days, depending on the service used. In some rare cases, shipments can take up to 30 days to arrive, depending on your country's customs policies.

International Customs

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Returns and Refunds

For unopened items, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your products. Code&Quill will refund the full amount of the returned products. 

Costs associated with the return of the products are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Changes / Cancellations

If an order has already been processed by our logistics team, it cannot be changed or canceled. But, if an order hasn't been processed yet, you may be able to change or cancel it.

If you want to change or cancel an order, please reach out to us at support@codeandquill.com as soon as you can, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.   

Incorrect Address Shipments

We are responsible for shipping your package to the address you provide us during your checkout, or to the address provided when signing up for a subscription.

If your address has changed, please be sure to update it before we send out your order.

If we are provided an incorrect address, and process your order to the provided address, we are not responsible for re-shipping your order to your new address, and you will not eligible for a refund. You will need to place another order to your new address.
